5 – What kind of treatments do we do (Purpose)

F1 – Your Personal Data may be processed to satisfy your Request through telephone contacts and/or email in relation to your unequivocal, free and informed response provided in the form.

F2 – Your Personal Data may be processed for Promotional and Advertising activities on our products and services through telephone contacts and/or email in relation to your unequivocal, free and informed response provided in the form.

6 – On what legal basis do we use your Personal Data?

Your Personal Data is processed by us only and exclusively for the purposes indicated in “Point 5” and solely in reference to those for which you have given your CONSENT, expressed in an unequivocal, free and informed manner.

7 – To whom we will forward your Personal Data

Your Personal Data will not be disclosed to unspecified third parties, but we may communicate them in accordance with the purposes previously set out and the related CONSENTs expressed by you, according to the following scheme:

Purpose (F1)
Communication of data to the Website Management company and to any Area Agents, all located solely in Italy, with whom there is an official service contract and appropriately appointed as “Data Processor”;

Purpose (F2)
Communication of data to the Website Management company located only in Italy, with which there is an official service contract and has been appropriately appointed as “Data Processor”.

8 – How long will we keep your Personal Data?

Purpose (F1) and (F2) – We will retain personal data for a period not exceeding 60 months from the date of provision.

9 – What obligations do we have towards you?

Respond to your requests for:

• know how and why we process your data;
• correct incorrect data, integrate incomplete data and update data that is no longer accurate;
• delete data;
• limit its processing;
• transmit data to you or to THIRD PARTIES indicated by you; interrupt the processing if you no longer agree;
